Parcel Sort Puzzle is an advertising-supported mobile game intended for players aged 13 and above.
Information stored by the game
The game stores gameplay information locally on the device, including the selected age group, coin balance and virtual-coin history, completed levels, stars, unlocked levels, statistics, themes, parcel designs, reward counters, accessibility choices, sound settings and tutorial progress.
The game has no player account system and does not ask for a name, telephone number, precise location, contacts, photos or payment information. Depending on Android and Google account settings, Android Backup may copy supported game preferences to the player's Google account to help restore progress.
Advertising and consent
Parcel Sort Puzzle uses Google Mobile Ads for paced interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements. No advertisement is displayed on the Home screen. A rewarded ad is voluntary, and the in-game reward is granted only after the provider reports completion.
Google Mobile Ads and advertising partners may process an IP address used to estimate general location, device or advertising identifiers, advertisement views and app interactions, diagnostics, performance information, and fraud-prevention or security signals.
The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent and provide privacy choices where legally required. Players can revisit available choices from Settings → Privacy choices. Players who select age 13–15 receive a conservative teen ad configuration.
Virtual coins
Coins and rewards exist only inside Parcel Sort Puzzle. They are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money, and have no cash value. The game contains no wagering, cash-out system or randomized paid prizes.
Children
The game is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. It asks players to select either 13–15 or 16+ before requesting advertisements. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app or provided information through an advertising service, email pdfcone@gmail.com.
Data sharing and sale
PDFcone does not directly sell player information. Google and its advertising partners may process or share information to provide advertising, measure performance, detect fraud, maintain security and comply with law, subject to their policies and the player's available consent choices.
Retention and deletion
Players can delete locally stored gameplay information using Settings → Reset game progress, by clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the app. Android Backup copies are controlled through the player's device and Google account settings. Information processed by advertising providers is handled under their retention policies.

Security
Reasonable measures are used to reduce unauthorized access. Network traffic initiated by the app is restricted to encrypted HTTPS connections. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when a new version is published.
